Madison Area Parent Support (MAPS) provides direct support and resources to families - from pregnancy through the rest of parenthood - free of charge, with a particular focus on parents struggling with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs).

MAPS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax deductible.

Brianna Z. Kauer​, M.S., BCBA

Behavior Support

Brianna Z. Kauer specializes in understanding and improving behavior. She is a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has over ten years of experience as a Behavior Therapist working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. She is passionate about using the science of behavior to support all types of families to achieve significant improvements. Brianna is a mother of three and knows the benefit of using behavioral strategies in the home to solve the day-to-day challenges parents often face. Brianna has experience in a variety of areas including: journalism, dancing professionally, and organizing a cooperative community school. Her other endeavors include: growing food in her gardens, bee keeping, supporting co-housing, and pursuing health and sustainability.
