Ashley (she / her / hers) is a fertility awareness educator (certified through The Association of Fertility Awareness Professionals) and a full-spectrum pregnancy companion (ie: birth & abortion & miscarriage doula). She has been teaching classes on menstrual cycle charting for birth control & conception since 2013 and started full-spectrum pregnancy work in 2018.
Ashley believes that everyone — regardless of sex, gender, relationship status, age, ability, race, economic situation, educational background, political beliefs, or religious beliefs — deserves comprehensive, informed, un-biased, non-judgmental, culturally-competent, empowering education and support around sex, sexuality, reproduction, birth control, and desire. Ashley is honored to offer education on the fertility awareness method and support for all outcomes of pregnancy, but does not judge anyone for their choices or their needs around sexuality, family planning, and birth control.

As a certified postpartum doula and a maternal mental health advocate, Kat works to support families beyond birth. Whether it's helping an adoptive family prepare their hearts and home for its first baby, lending a hand to a family already juggling the needs of three children, or spending time with a mama struggling with postpartum anxiety, Kat is here to help.
Kat is trained as an antepartum doula and also offers post-surgery care. She is certified in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International, where she works as the Helpline Coordinator.

Tiffany Wogsland is the owner of Infinite Hope Birth Services. Combining her educational background in social work and mental health, with her passion and certification as a doula, Tiffany brings an encouraging and holistic approach to family support.
As a Certified Bereavement Doula, she has supported families experiencing a loss during all trimesters of pregnancy and early infancy. She has led support groups for families healing from their loss, as well as those who are pregnant again with their "rainbow babies."
As a birth and postpartum doula, Tiffany supports families during pregnancy, labor, delivery and the postpartum period. Believing the journey to and through parenthood is different for every family, she educates and empowers families to make decisions that feel best for their own family.
